NMRPipe


NMRPipe provides comprehensive facilities for Fourier processing of spectra in one to four dimensions, as well as a variety of facilities for spectral display and analysis. The author is Frank Delaglio, delaglio@spite.niddk.nih.gov.

The NMRPipe homepage has additional information including a list of changes since the last release, examples images, etc.

The documentation is of two types: An extensive set of man pages and a copy of the paper describing NMRPipe.

There are sample scripts and data in /srv/local/nmrpipe/current/examples/ for 1D and 2D cases using either bruker or varian, plus some 3D examples.


To setup the environmental variables and paths for NMRPipe, type:
setup nmrpipe or (source /srv/local/setup/nmrpipe.set)
on an SGI, Alpha or a Linux machine.
